The AI output machine

Tools speed us up. AI removes the speed limit. That’s both the opportunity and the trap.

People are racing to make more content, write more code, create more stuff. The tools make it easy. But more isn’t better. More without purpose is just noise and markets don’t reward noise long-term.

The people I admire aren’t using AI to produce more. They’re using it to understand better. To solve problems they couldn’t before. To get clearer on what matters. They’re multiplying their strengths, not their to-do lists. And here’s what’s most relevant: they’re more effective and enjoy their work more because of this.

The technology is new, but the principles aren’t: Less but better. Outcomes over output. And maybe that’s where real AI magic lies.
